1. Product & Sound

  • What materials are BelieveHut chimes made of? We use high-grade, tempered aluminum for our tubes, sustainable hardwoods (like beech or bamboo) for the accents, and industrial-strength braided nylon for the cordage.

  • Are your chimes tuned to specific musical scales? Yes! Each BelieveHut chime is hand-tuned to ensure the notes are mathematically and musically harmonious. You won't just hear "clanking"—you'll hear a melody.

  • Do they require batteries? Nope! Just a gentle breeze. Nature provides the power; we just provide the instrument.

2. Care & Maintenance

  • Can I leave my wind chime outside all year round? Our chimes are built for the elements. However, during extreme weather (like hurricanes or heavy snowstorms), we recommend bringing them inside to extend their lifespan.

  • How do I clean my chime? A simple wipe-down with a damp cloth and mild soap is usually enough. For the wooden parts, an occasional dab of lemon oil or wood sealer will keep them looking vibrant.

3. Shipping & Orders

  • How long does shipping take? Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 5-10 business days for standard delivery.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping? Since wind chimes are popular gifts, our packaging is designed to be "gift-ready." We also offer the option to include a personalized gift note at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We want you to love the sound of your sanctuary. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your chime within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.
